Unless otherwise stated, all carbon rod stock is pull-truded construction grade. The resin is heat cured as the fibers are pulled through a die of the proper shape. Sizes are approximate usually within 5%. Weight is in grams per meter, as per the manufacturer documentation, no guarantees on weight. Use to repair import models, here is the correct metric rod. We use alot of 2mm in our kits along with Dubro's nylone 2mm clevis's as it's usually just a tad lighter weight than 2-56 hardware.

.056 Brass Plated SS Flexible Cable Type Gold-N-Rods feature a Brass Plated Stainless Steel or Zinc Plated Steel Multi-strand Cable, a Nylon Housing, Plated Hardened Steel Gold-N-Clevises and Brass Couplers. To install, cut the housing and cable to length. Glue the housing into the model. Attach a Brass Coupler or Clevis to one end (by soldering, gluing or crimping). Insert the cable, and attach a Coupler or Clevis to the other end. Thread Clevis(es) onto the Coupler(s); you need a Coupler on at least one end for adjust-ability.
