Capable of big sky flying or ball park low-n-slow! You can trust the Quick Wing in any flight condition. Any 20mm brushless motor system capable of turning a 4-6" prop at 50-150 watts or more will work well. She is sure to please the most speed hungry wing fanatic while still retaining very good slow speed handling characteristics. Quick "3D Jigsaw Puzzle" assembly in only 1-2 hours. World class laser cutting and design make this one of the quickest and most enjoyable balsa models you will ever build. You'll be amazed at the wide speed envelope the Quick Wing has. It easily goes from high speed to ball park flying with no bad habits. I'm totally comfortable recommending this kit as a good 2nd or 3rd model as long as you keep the power system modest. Advanced pilots can take the power as far as they like.

Note, with the advent of the new pusher APC-E props you can do a counter rotating setup. For counter rotating get the spinner sets that say CCW and CW (Counter clock wise and clockwise). Getting two CCW spinners means your going to run both props in the same direction. Most 20mm motors have 2mm shafts and require the PS22 2mm shaft adapter. If your using a motor with a large shaft like the RRC 2880 below you won't need those adapters.

Wanted to thank you for the fantastic design of the 20mm Double Trouble Wing. I built this kit up and put some more than modest power up front, and I was impressed with how well it flew. Almost straight up at full power. Stable as an advanced trainer once I made one C.G. adjustment. Slows down to a crawl. Easier to see than my Quick Wing 20mm - which is also a fantastic little performer. The guys at the local flying field love it when I break out these little flyers.

My Double comes in at exactly 16 ounces, and with two Rimfire 20-40-2080 in-runners with 6x4" props - counter-rotating - and a couple 2 cell 1000 MaH LiPo's, that gives quite a nice power to weight ratio. The counter rotating props are nice as there is symmetrical thrust. Loops are perfectly straight. Vertical climbs are effortless.

Possibly the worlds smallest servo driven flying wing ever! I wanted something different from the herd of swept wing pushers you seem to see everywhere. Being In a bit of a Gothic mood at the time, the Wicked Wing was born. This little beast really moves out on a simple 50XC brushed motor. Of course you could fly it with any 12mm brushless motor of your choice and even many of the micro outrunners.
It needs about 14 watts to fly with authority.
Brushless is not necessary but listed below for those wanting a poisonous Wicked Wing.
2 Small servos under 6 grams, an ESC (min 2 amps for the 50XC brushed motor) and a very small RX. We like the Berg 4L for this project the best. This model can be very fast, it's not a good first or second airplane choice. If you're flying well and want something to challenge your skills and wow your friends then this it. remember, at 50mph it covers 77 feet in 1 second! Judicious throttle control is a definite a requirement. This model goes together like a 3D jigsaw puzzle. You will have it framed up and ready for finish in about 1 hour. Fly weight is about 3oz, Span is about 11". About the size of the top wing on a Micro Bipe!

"I ordered your wicked wing kit a few months ago and just now finished it and flew it for the first time and wanted to let you know how pleased I am with it.
It is a very nice kit and fun to assemble (like a 3D Puzzle). Flying this little thing is challenging but fun. I am surprised of the durability, I have flown it in the ground with about 1ft tall grass several times, several unexpected touch and goes and my cartwheel landings look worse than the crashes.
However, the plane looks as good as new and I am still using the original prop. Just wanted to give some positive feedback.

Moreover, this module works seamlessly with the Multi-module project on github and is based on an ARM microcontroller. All available protocols are included in serial mode, which utilizes a serial protocol to communicate with your transmitter without the need for any hardware modifications. However, it is recommended to update your transmitter's firmware to the latest version before selecting and binding the model protocol from the Model Settings menu. For telemetry-capable transmitters, the integration of telemetry is effortless with the transmitter firmware.

The FrSky Multi Protocol Module operates at a voltage range of 5-9V, with an operating current of <=180mA, and operates at a frequency of 2.4G ISM band. TD-ISRM PRO RF PERFORMANCE

With solid performance based on the dual-band 900M/2.4G RF signal link with multiple operating combinations of RF modes, the TANDEM X20R & X20RS versions are equipped with the TD-ISRM Pro built-in RF module which is capable of supporting multiple protocols (like TW, TD, etc), with same RF capability as X20 Pro editions.

The TD-ISRM Pro RF module has the dual 2.4G TW RF mode and supports simultaneous activation of working under TW and ACCESS R9 modes with the same module. In this configuration, the TW receiver and ACCESS R9 receiver can be connected via the SBUS IN/OUT ports to achieve redundant backup. This RF signal connection solution makes use of three different RF links at the same time in RC applications. This further enhances the RF signal's reliability, particularly in long-distance RC operations scenarios.

DIFFERENCES IN APPEARANCE & FUNCTIONAL INPUTS

The X20R and X20RS have changed from the original X20 design in appearance. The bottom hand grip adopts the overall design of the PRO version, eliminating the need for an additional grip cover, and allowing the bottom part to be fully grasped by the palm for a more comfortable and relaxed grip. Additionally, the Lite-type external module slot has been adjusted to provide more fitting installation space for external modules of different shapes, making it more convenient.

R and RS versions add 2 extra trims, allowing for more precise tunings during the operations. The slider levers on both sides of the transmitter support adjusting the positioning of the center, catering to different users' habits and preferences. The primary input components, including trim caps, center-slider caps, and knobs are all made from metal, offering rugged quality and enhanced durability for outdoor use.

UPGRADED ROBUST ANTENNA HANDLE & EXTERNAL LoRa ANTENNA CONNECTORS

The newly upgraded antenna handle incorporates the good capability of impact resistance facing the tough conditions of outdoor fields.
