Exhaust pressure fitting. Installs into an #13 (.185") pass through hole from inside of pipe/muffler. Uses 1 nut against exhaust outer surface, flange on stem seats against interior surface. Constructed is brass. Excellent for thin sections of pipe where there is not enough material to cut a good thread into. Although they are proud of this part, it is well made and solves a difficult problem.
Additionally engineering data: Threads on pass through stem are 10-32. Head of stem is OD .244. Overall length of fitting is .511". Nut clamps fitting in .183" hole. Use #13*, 3/16", 4.7mm* or 5mm drill bit. Exhaust pressure hole is .075-.077~. Note, the engineering data is provided in case you see other uses for this product and not normally provided or required to install in the intended fashion. This way you can figure out your own tricky alternative setups.
Exhaust pressure fitting, 8-32 thread. Correct drill size for 8-32 tap (provide your own tap and drill) is #29 (.136). At time of listing, threaded portion is longer on actual part than shown in factory photo (aproximately .165" or 5-6 threads)
Exhaust pressure fitting with 90 degree outlet. 4x.75mm thread, made from brass. Correct drill size for 4x.75mm tap (provide your own tap and drill) is 3.25mm or #30 SAE.
